Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
Agreement and service
These terms govern access to Thaivo Mail, a private dashboard that uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the Gmail API to manage Gmail accounts authorized by their account holders. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Authorized use
You may connect and manage only Gmail accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. You must keep administrator credentials confidential, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and comply with applicable law, Google’s terms and policies, and email anti-abuse requirements.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use Thaivo Mail to send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive communications, or unlawful content; bypass Google or service limits; interfere with service security; access another person’s account without authorization; or resell access without written permission.
Google authorization
Gmail functionality depends on Google services and a valid OAuth grant. Google or the account holder may restrict, expire, or revoke authorization at any time. Removing a Google account from a phone does not itself guarantee or terminate server authorization. Thaivo Mail cannot guarantee that a refresh token will remain valid indefinitely.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Features that depend on Google APIs may change when Google changes its services, policies, quotas, or authorization requirements.
Data and privacy
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of messages and personal data you access or transmit through connected accounts.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thaivo Mail is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for changes, suspension, or revocation by Google.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, policy violations, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and revoke Google authorization at any time.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Questions should be directed to the Thaivo Mail operator or organization that provided access to this private service.
